Role Summary

Basic Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of some high school education.
- Preferably some prior operations experience.
Food Safety Requirements
Applicants must obtain food safety certifications, such as local Food Handler certification, at their own cost as required by municipal regulations.
Physical and Work Environment Expectations
Employees should be prepared to work in fast-paced kitchens characterized by heat, steam, and noise. Tasks often require standing for extended periods (up to four hours), lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent use of kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.
