Starting pay for a Shift Leader at Tesco is £15.59 per hour, increasing to £16.86 per hour for stores inside the M25. Some locations might provide extra pay incentives. The position guarantees a minimum of 16 weekly hours, with options beginning at 12 hours. Shifts are scheduled within your stated availability and announced at least three weeks beforehand. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure customers have excellent in-store experiences.
- Operate across all store areas and support colleagues with day-to-day operational matters.

- Oversee the store confidently when the Manager is not present.
