Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location. Your duties will include hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial targets while ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You're responsible for the overall success of the store. To equip you for this, a minimum three-week store leadership training program is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles of your home
• Availability to work varied schedules including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business demand
• Serve Safe food safety certification

Work Environment and Physical Demands (ADA Statement)

Work involves standing for prolonged periods, operating in hot and noisy kitchen settings, using specialized kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Employees should be able to reach across counters measuring 36 inches and manage fast-paced work conditions effectively while maintaining accuracy. Strong verbal communication and adaptability to dynamic priorities are essential, as is the ability to handle conflict situations.
