Primary Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee operations of a single store including hiring, guiding, and managing associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding customer experiences. The role involves comprehensive leadership training lasting three weeks or more to prepare you thoroughly for this responsibility.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness and ability to relocate to any store within a 50-mile radius
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)

Work Environment and ADA Compliance

The role requires standing for extended periods, handling hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Employees should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space. Good verbal communication skills, adaptability, and conflict management capabilities are necessary. Compensation

The pay range for this position is $25 to $28 per hour. Salary within this range depends on the location and individual experience. Bonus programs may vary and are subject to adjustments or discontinuation at the company's discretion.
