About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager by driving departmental success through coaching and developing Department Managers. You will help Department Managers set goals, track progress, and improve their teams to enhance the restaurant's overall performance. You may also be involved in hiring and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective leadership in the future.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in managing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. You must be at least 18 years old to assume managerial duties in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants. Strong leadership skills and a genuine care for employees and customers are essential.
