Assistant Manager

About the Role

Panda Express is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role supports the operation of a single store by managing staff, guiding associate performance, and ensuring financial objectives and outstanding guest experiences are met. Comprehensive store leadership training of at least three weeks will be provided to prepare you for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, managing, and directing store associates.
• Drive achievement of financial goals tied to the store's operation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Support daily store functions and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of current residence as needed.
• Availability to work varied schedules including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
• Serve Safe certification in Food Safety is required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and physically demanding environments including prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication skills and capability to manage conflict effectively.
