Role Overview
As an Asset Care Planner at the Virginia site, you will be instrumental in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, your responsibility includes driving excellence in maintenance planning and scheduling, optimizing SAP PM work management processes, and coordinating resources to enhance asset reliability and site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and permits essential for maintenance activities.
- Lead planning and scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Track work order backlog, adherence to schedules, and labour usage.
- Maintain and update SAP PM asset data, maintenance plans, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Provide support during shutdowns, outages, and capital project execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with SAP PM and other maintenance management systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance work management principles.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills complemented by advanced Excel expertise.
- A continuous improvement approach emphasizing reliability enhancement.
