About the INFO Division and Software Laboratory
The Information (INFO) Division specializes in capabilities encompassing cybersecurity, cryptography, data analytics and fusion, AI, vulnerability assessments, and operations analysis. The INFO Software Laboratory contributes expertise in software system development, including Data Fusion, Big Data Analytics, AI/ML, command and control (C2), and simulation. This lab also supports comprehensive software engineering processes and methodologies for full-stack development.

Role Overview
- Perform cutting-edge research into algorithms and techniques focused on adversarial AI and AI security to enhance the robustness, security, and trustworthiness of AI systems.
- Apply a strong understanding of machine learning, cybersecurity, adversarial AI, and AI assurance to integrate innovative AI advancements with secure system engineering and deployment.
- Design and develop AI/ML methods and tools aimed at detecting, evaluating, and safeguarding AI systems from malicious and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders throughout the AI lifecycle, including threat modeling, red teaming, and the delivery of secure AI models and systems.
Qualifications
- Possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming alongside familiarity with AI frameworks in Python.
- Have prior experience in AI/ML R&D, particularly involving Agentic AI and adversarial AI methods and tools.
