Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to prepare detailed technical documentation for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Assist in the creation of detailed drawings necessary for construction phases.
• Take part in site inspections and facilitate coordination efforts during project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Irish building and planning regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a qualification in Architectural Technology (mandatory).
• Approximately five years of professional architectural experience, with some exposure within Ireland or the UK.
• Strong technical and construction-related knowledge.
• Proficient in using Revit software.
• Experience on residential or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with current building and planning regulations and site work is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from €55,000 to €65,000 dependent on experience.
