About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Designer or Registered Architect to join our Melbourne-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing intricate design briefs and documentation and is eager to tackle more demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that impress clients across mixed-use, infrastructure, hospitality, and retail sectors.
• Participate actively in design workshops to contribute ideas and strategies.
• Support contract administration during construction and after project completion.
• Mentor junior designers by providing guidance on quality standards and sharing industry insights.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience.
• Competent user of Revit and AutoCAD software tools.
• Experienced in Class 2 construction documentation.
• Innovative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive in resolving conflicts and flexible in adjusting project plans as necessary.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
