Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a Project Architect position within our Middle East team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience will be integral in providing architectural design expertise that meets our commitment to quality and innovation throughout all stages of design development and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architectural project lifecycle, from initial concept creation through to detailed construction documentation.
• Assist senior architects by preparing design presentations, detailed technical drawings, and comprehensive design reports.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including engineers, planners, and interior designers, to ensure both design integrity and technical precision.
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and documentation to verify compliance with project standards, relevant codes, and client specifications.
• Participate actively in design review sessions, onsite coordination meetings, and client presentations to support cohesive project progress.
• Inject innovative and sustainable design concepts that align with SJ’s principles of design excellence.
• Ensure that quality benchmarks are met consistently while adhering to project schedules and financial constraints.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Professional experience ranging between 2 to 5 years in architectural design, preferably with exposure to international consultancy settings.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to produce coordinated design and construction documentation.
