Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cost forecasts, prepare budgets, and compile detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Assess and analyze contractors' price quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender documents.
• Provide support in procurement processes, contract management, certification of payments, and handling variation claims.
• Track and control project expenditures, generate cost reports, and ensure adherence to established budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams regarding commercial and financial aspects.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or an allied field recognized by SISV.
• Have at least five years of pertinent experience in quantity surveying, preferably within facilities management, maintenance, or building construction projects.
• Available and willing to work on client sites as required.
