Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with architects and related professionals to create and refine design concepts.
• Generate comprehensive technical drawings and specifications using CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform site visits to collect necessary data and evaluate the practicality of design proposals.
• Support the preparation of planning applications and documentation for building regulations.
• Coordinate activities with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Offer technical assistance during construction phases to resolve any design challenges.
• Stay informed on industry developments, relevant regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit, along with other design tools.
• Exhibit strong technical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Preferably have prior experience in a similar architectural or construction role.
• Understand building codes, regulations, and typical construction techniques.
