As a modern and expanding firm with ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an individual to spearhead their commercial expansion.
Role Overview
This newly established position centers on driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure—and manage marketing efforts feeding into this pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within targeted industry sectors.
- Guide prospects through all sales stages, from initial interaction to closing agreements.
- Maintain and develop the CRM pipeline using HubSpot.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns to enhance lead acquisition.
- Oversee daily marketing activities ensuring messaging is clear and consistent.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the company owner to influence the commercial strategy as the business grows.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the energy, sustainability, or related B2B fields.
- Proficient in independently handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Familiarity and practical experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to achieve business outcomes.
- Highly self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously in a small team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of quickly establishing trust with clients and prospects.
- Strong passion for sustainability and engagement with the energy transition sector.
