Role Overview
As an Architect, you will be responsible for spearheading or assisting in the design and execution of projects using BIM and Revit technologies, ensuring outstanding standards at every stage of the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams from multiple offices, you will share accountability for both design quality and technical delivery. Your duties will also include taking part in digital innovation efforts, managing project setups and models, engaging in client interactions, mentoring junior team members, and fostering continuous professional growth. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing and maintaining BIM processes and standards within the firm.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum five years of architectural experience within the Irish construction sector.
- Demonstrable practical expertise in the use of Revit and BIM on active projects.
- Academic credentials including a degree in Architecture or a related discipline at NFQ Level 8 or above.
- Competence with Irish building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Experience in client presentations and working with diverse project stakeholders.
- Preferred but not mandatory: proficiency in other digital design software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD, along with knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
Compensation and Benefits
