Architect / Graduate Architect

About the Role

An award-winning architectural firm based in Dublin is seeking to expand its team with an experienced Architect or Graduate Architect. The studio handles a robust pipeline of medium to large-scale projects including residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure, and civic developments. This position offers the chance to work closely with a skilled team on meaningful projects from initial concept through to construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage architectural projects primarily focused on residential, leisure, and mixed-use developments across Ireland. The role involves full involvement in design, technical development, and coordination to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Professional registration as an Architect (RIAI or RIBA) or actively pursuing registration
• At least four years of post-graduate experience in architecture
• Strong capabilities in design and technical architectural development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural drafting and modelling
• Experience working on medium to large-scale residential, commercial, or leisure projects
• Thorough understanding of Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) and current building codes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination
• Full legal entitlement to work in Ireland

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of €55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience
