Role Overview
The Architect-BIM Coordinator will be responsible for validating the feasibility and financial optimization of architectural plans and overseeing their execution in alignment with project requirements. This role includes supporting clients during the finalization of specifications and drawings related to MEP, interiors, façades, and other structural components.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Architecture, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural projects involving IT & IES, commercial, or institutional buildings. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies is preferred.
