Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about retail and eager to join a supportive workplace? Savers Health Home & Beauty is currently seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become a valued member of our team in Cumnock, Scotland. This role is ideal for someone with a positive mindset, a team-oriented spirit, and a passion for customer service who wants to grow into a future leadership position within Savers.

Role Expectations

Your workdays will be dynamic and varied, focusing on creating a welcoming shopping experience and maintaining high store standards. As part of the team, you'll connect with the local community and ensure customers receive the best deals available on the high street. Training will be hands-on, conducted in-store over the first twelve months without the need for college attendance or homework. At the end of your apprenticeship, you will discuss your experiences and be observed performing your duties as part of achieving the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possession of a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent), including English and Maths, or Scottish National 4 qualifications
• Currently not enrolled in any form of education and available for full-time shifts
• No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
• Being new to retail employment
