If you have a passion for retail and desire to work in a dynamic environment, Savers Health Home & Beauty is eager to welcome you as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. This role offers the chance to join a supportive team focused on creating a fantastic shopping experience and maintaining outstanding store standards.

Role Details

No two days are alike at Savers. We're seeking a driven individual who has a positive, can-do mindset, enjoys collaborating with team members, and is dedicated to making every customer leave with a smile. You will play a vital part in representing Savers within the local community, offering customers the best deals and enhancing their experience on the high street.

Your apprenticeship training will occur entirely in-store over 12 months without any college sessions or homework. Upon completion, your progress will be assessed through a discussion of your experiences and an evaluation of your practical skills. Throughout this journey, your team and assigned tutor will provide continuous support to help you achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of a Grade 4 / C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Scotland National 4's acceptable)
• Not currently enrolled in any form of education and available to work full-time shifts
• No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
• Authorized to work in the UK
• New to retail employment
