If retail excites you, this is an excellent opportunity to join Savers Health Home & Beauty as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, ready to engage with customers, work collaboratively within a team, and actively contribute to maintaining high store standards that leave every visitor satisfied.

Being part of our team means connecting with the local community and offering customers great deals. You will undergo a 12-month training program entirely on the shop floor, with no college sessions or homework. Upon completing your apprenticeship, you will participate in a review of your experiences and a performance observation, supported by your mentor and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Candidate Profile

• A genuine interest and passion for health, home, and beauty products
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
• A proactive team player who enjoys getting involved

Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4 in Scotland)
• Not currently engaged in any other educational program and available for full-time work
• No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
• Right to work legally in the UK
• Preferably new to retail experience
