About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to join Savers Health Home & Beauty as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. This role offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and experiences. You'll be part of a team that is committed to making customers feel valued and ensuring store standards are consistently impressive. This apprenticeship aims to develop future retail leaders who connect with the local community and provide customers with excellent deals.
Training and Development
Your training will occur entirely within the store during the first 12 months, with no requirement to attend college or complete homework. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will participate in a discussion about your learning experiences and a practical assessment while performing your duties. Support will be provided throughout by both your team and assigned tutor to help you complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths; Scottish applicants should have National 4 qualifications
- Not currently enrolled in any form of education and ready to commit to full-time shifts
- No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
- Legal eligibility to work in the UK
- New entrants to retail are welcome to apply
