Job Overview

We seek a motivated Store Manager Designate willing to travel to various store locations. This full-time position involves flexible shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a 39-hour workweek. The annual salary is £34,350, complemented by a generous bonus scheme.

Role Responsibilities

The role demands maintaining high standards of store operations, ensuring audit compliance, and delivering top-tier customer service and sales within the local retail environment. The Store Manager Designate will also support neighboring stores based on business needs, acting as a valued local presence.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid driving license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while maintaining a people-centered approach
