Role Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee search and recommendation services and models that support the content team, fueling the expansion of the content ecosystem.
- Apply machine learning-driven personalization techniques, employing proven design patterns and tools to optimize content matching and distribution effectiveness.
- Gain a profound understanding of recommendation systems within content domains to guide AI product enhancement, augment content experience, and improve business outcomes.
- Lead development initiatives for fundamental content recommendation modules focused on data-driven approaches to maximize content value and user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with content, business, and product management teams to recognize needs and opportunities within content scenarios, jointly establishing success criteria.
Candidate Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with a minimum of five years of industry-relevant experience; experience related to content domains is preferred.
- Proficient practical experience with leading machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Background in large-scale application development, ideally within user-facing content-related applications.
- Exceptional collaboration abilities, especially working effectively with global content teams across functions.
- Having publications in prestigious conferences or journals is advantageous.
