Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQ submissions from CRM and liaise with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to design tailored pricing strategies.
- Engage actively with stakeholders and the Product department to align pricing efforts.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to uncover opportunities and identify challenges.
- Manage deadlines efficiently and ensure timely follow-up on RFQ outcomes.
- Convert customer pricing formats and accurately integrate pricing data in accordance with established tools and strategies.
- Communicate pricing information to field teams and manage receipt and auditing of responses to maintain consistency.
- Adhere to the Document Retention Policy when maintaining communications.
- Keep RFQ Bid Logs and Pricing Tools, including local charges and port-to-port rates, updated promptly.
- Provide support to supervisors/managers and assist Sales teams during pre-engagement for upcoming bids.
- Participate in and contribute to pricing projects assigned by management.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with company policies and actively embody Expeditors' goals and cultural values.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Possess comprehensive industry knowledge, especially with pricing structures relevant to the logistics sector.
- Understand Expeditors’ company policies, products, services, and internal systems thoroughly.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail combined with strong analytical capability.
- Be proactive and well-organized, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills that foster clear and concise communication across all organizational levels.
- Display intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, formatting, data modelling, and complex calculations.
- Apply proven negotiation skills in relevant situations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Demonstrate positive regard and willingness to assist colleagues, emotional resilience, self-reflection, openness to feedback, autonomy in work, and serve as a role model for integrity and pride.
Training and Educational Qualifications
- Meet company standards requiring a minimum of 52 training hours annually to maintain professional industry knowledge.
- Hold at least three years of industry-specific experience pertinent to the country.
- Possess a college or university degree or equivalent business-related qualifications.
