AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking to hire an AI/ML Engineer for a full-time position to develop and deploy sophisticated machine learning models aimed at solving complex business challenges. This role requires close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI capabilities into live production systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and refine machine learning algorithms using Python and associated frameworks.
• Prepare large datasets through cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation for effective model training.
• Implement and oversee the deployment of machine learning models within production environments.
• Work jointly with software engineering teams to embed AI solutions in existing systems.
• Perform rigorous benchmarking and validate models to ensure high performance and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming along with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and conducting thorough model evaluations.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure for scalable model deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps methodologies, including continuous integration and delivery pipelines tailored for machine learning workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into technical implementations.
