Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s team on a full-time remote basis. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models aimed at addressing complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems while ensuring optimal model performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch tailored for specific business needs.
• Work alongside data scientists and software engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Enhance and fine-tune models to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency under real-world conditions.
• Create and sustain data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
• Perform experiments to measure model performance and continuously improve based on business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and experience working with TensorFlow or PyTorch machine learning frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling approaches.
• Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying and scaling models.
• Competence in SQL and database management for extracting and preparing data.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of MLOps techniques including model monitoring, logging, and continuous integration processes.
• Proficiency in hyperparameter tuning and optimizing machine learning models.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
