Job description
Role Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation. This full-time remote position involves designing advanced datasets for training, benchmarking, and enhancing LLMs by collaborating with research teams. The focus includes curating, correcting, and building code in multiple programming languages to support AI-driven development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create curated code samples, develop software solutions, and implement corrections across Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Assess and improve AI-generated code to ensure it meets standards of efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to optimize AI-based enterprise coding tools against established industry benchmarks.
- Develop agents that audit code quality and detect recurrent error patterns.
- Formulate hypotheses on software engineering lifecycle steps and evaluate model performance accordingly.
Skill Requirements
- Several years of experience in software engineering, with at least two years at a leading product-focused company.
- Proven ability to build comprehensive full-stack applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.
- Competence in programming languages including C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Skills to create mechanisms that verify software engineering processes.
