Job description
Position Overview
We are recruiting a Senior AI Software Engineer to join a leading technology client on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will develop advanced datasets for training and assessing large language models (LLMs), collaborating with research teams to curate code samples, generate accurate solutions, and debug code across several languages.
Main Duties
- Compile diverse code examples and build effective solutions while correcting code snippets in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Assess and improve AI-generated code to enhance its performance, scalability, and dependability.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to improve AI-driven coding tools on enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Create tools that autonomously check code quality and detect recurring error patterns.
- Formulate hypotheses regarding the software development lifecycle and empirically evaluate AI models' capabilities on these stages.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive software engineering background, with a minimum of 2 years spent at a leading product company.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript framework ReactJS.
- Solid knowledge of multiple programming languages including C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Expertise in creating verification systems for software engineering processes.
