AI/ML Developer - PAN INDIA (Contract to Hire)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer with at least three years of hands-on experience in developing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Implement and optimize generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Utilize cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform to deploy AI solutions.
• Work with vector databases and utilize embeddings and AI orchestration frameworks, for example, LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Apply MLOps methodologies including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), model monitoring, and deployment strategies.
• Use Selenium for automation tasks as part of development.
• Write clean, efficient code primarily in Python.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Proficient with major machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques.
• Experience working with major cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with vector database technologies and embedding techniques.
• Understanding of AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience in MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and model deployment.
• Working knowledge of Selenium automation.
• Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
