- Manage integration of platform functionalities with enterprise infrastructure such as networking, storage systems, load balancing, and backups.
- Implement platform security controls aligned with enterprise policies, covering identity and access management (IAM/AD), security information and event management (SIEM), next-generation firewalls (NGFW), and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Provide support for AI/ML workloads including generative AI, large language model (LLM) serving, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.
- Contribute to platform monitoring, logging, tuning performance, and planning for capacity requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in platform engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, or AI/data platform development.
- Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes or OpenShift technologies, including operator management, networking, and security configuration.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices incorporating CI/CD processes.
- Basic knowledge of cloud and IaaS networking and security fundamentals.
- Exposure to AI and ML platform components such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, or equivalent frameworks.
