About The Role
We are seeking a skilled AI Business Analyst to become a part of our AI Centre of Excellence at AA Insurance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering innovative AI and automation solutions across the organization.
This position involves leveraging deep business analysis experience alongside AI expertise to design and implement effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to spearhead discovery phases, examine processes and data, extract detailed requirements, craft and optimize prompts and agent instructions, and oversee rigorous testing. Your efforts will ensure AI and automation implementations generate tangible business advantages.
Success in this role demands curiosity, flexibility, and a drive to harness AI technologies to address business challenges. You should be comfortable working in uncertain environments, questioning existing assumptions, experimenting with novel strategies, and educating stakeholders on deploying AI safely, responsibly, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, conduct stakeholder workshops, and lead the elicitation of both functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven solutions.
- Manage the execution of automation projects, ensuring deployments achieve targeted business benefits.
- Create and update detailed process maps, user stories, business requirements, and related documentation artifacts.
- Serve as an AI subject matter expert, offering informed guidance on the responsible application of AI to solve business issues and seize opportunities.
- Engage with business partners to translate strategic goals and user needs into precise prompts and agent instructions for AI models to produce desired effects.
- Design and implement testing protocols to verify AI and automation initiatives fulfill business specifications and expected outcomes.
- Assist with the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of live AI solutions to ensure their sustained effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in delivering AI, automation, and advanced technological solutions.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage complexity and ambiguity, handle shifting priorities, and consistently deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, including strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in scrutinizing business processes, workflows, and data.
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies, such as developing prompts, creating agent instructions, and conducting thorough testing.
- Deep enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, coupled with a commitment to ongoing knowledge development.
