Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Prompt Engineer based in Dubai, UAE, who will be instrumental in designing, testing, and refining prompts for advanced AI models. This position supports creative outputs, content creation, marketing initiatives, and software development projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams including creative, development, and marketing to translate business requirements into optimized AI workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining prompt documentation, troubleshooting AI output issues, refining prompt methodologies for improved quality and efficiency, and staying abreast of emerging AI technologies to enhance client services and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and fine-tune prompts for large language and generative AI systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI-generated content with business goals and brand identity.
• Document best practices and maintain prompt libraries to ensure consistent output quality.
• Analyze AI outputs to identify issues and improve prompt strategies for higher effectiveness.
• Stay informed about the latest AI developments and recommend new tools or processes to improve services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities related to prompt engineering for AI models.
• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable tools focusing on prompt development and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and development teams to convert objectives into AI-enhanced outputs.
• Excellent written communication with a keen focus on clarity, tone, and adherence to brand standards in generated content.
• Familiarity with technical concepts including basic scripting, automation, and API integrations is advantageous.
• Educational background in computer science, engineering, data science, linguistics, communications, or related areas, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven aptitude for rapid learning of new tools, adaptability to evolving AI technologies, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
• Experience in creative agencies, digital marketing, or content production environments is highly preferred.
