We remain committed to our core values: excellent coffee, great people, and fostering long-term partnerships. Our unique portfolio merges the heritage and craftsmanship of Allpress with the dynamic spirit of Underground Coffee.

- Represent and promote two well-established coffee brands in the market.
- Travel occasionally within the North Island to meet clients and explore new prospects.
Candidate Profile
You are a naturally curious and approachable individual with confidence in building relationships across diverse groups. You thrive in community engagement and excel in creating durable business partnerships. Your commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset enable you to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment.

- The capability to manage long sales cycles effectively.
- A proactive approach focused on delivering practical solutions.
- Professional demeanor combined with a customer-centric focus.
- Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
Employee Benefits and Culture
- Provision of all necessary tools to perform your role.
- Weekly takeaway of 250g coffee beans plus staff discounts on products.
- Discounted meals at cafés.
- $200 annual wellbeing allowance.
- Access to a confidential Employee Assistance Programme.
- Recognition programs with global reach.
- Opportunities for career growth and development.
- A supportive and inclusive workplace culture featuring breakfast clubs, social events, and Friday drinks.
- Company-sponsored parental leave policy offering 12 weeks of paid leave.
Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and respected. Our initiatives include building diverse teams representing all social groups, promoting equity, eliminating bias, and cultivating a safe workplace where everyone can express themselves freely.
