Job Summary
The role focuses on expanding and nurturing the agency network by recruiting new Financial Advisors and overseeing their certification and licensing requirements. The Manager is expected to impart comprehensive product knowledge and provide ongoing training to the team, ensuring motivation and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of new Financial Advisors to strengthen the agency base.
- Facilitating and ensuring clearance of the IC33 examination for recruited advisors.
- Guiding advisors through the licensing process.
- Delivering detailed product training sessions to new and existing Financial Advisors.
- Providing continuous motivation and training to enhance team efficiency and growth.
Eligibility
Open to candidates holding any graduate degree.
Compensation
Annual Total Cost to Company (CTC) up to 450,000 INR, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
