Job Description
This role involves recruiting new Financial Advisors and supporting them throughout their journey. Key duties include assisting candidates to successfully clear the IC33 examination and obtain their licenses, imparting comprehensive product knowledge, and providing training aimed at enhancing the Financial Advisors' capabilities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for motivating and leading the team to achieve performance goals.
Compensation
The role offers a total compensation package up to INR 450,000 per annum, along with performance incentives.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
