Role Overview
The Agency Recruitment And Development Manager role focuses on expanding the financial advisory team through targeted recruitment and development activities aimed at enhancing agency productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and hire new Financial Advisors to grow the agency network.
- Guide and assist candidates in successfully clearing the Insurance Advisor Examination (IC33) to acquire necessary certification.
- Facilitate the process of licensing for newly recruited advisors.
- Provide thorough product training to Financial Advisors to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to develop a high-performing team.
Additional Information
The compensation package includes a total cost to company (CTC) of up to INR 450,000 along with performance-based incentives.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
