Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Agency Recruitment and Development Manager based in Bhubaneswar. This role is pivotal in expanding and strengthening our financial advisory team through recruitment, licensing, training, and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting new Financial Advisors to build a strong sales force.
- Overseeing the successful completion of the IC33 exam by candidates.
- Facilitating the acquisition of new licenses for the company.
- Delivering comprehensive product knowledge sessions to advisors.
- Providing effective training programs for Financial Advisors.
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring the sales team for optimal performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to any graduate candidates interested in the financial services domain.
