Account Manager - Technology Recruitment

About the Role

Russell Tobin, an international talent advisory and recruitment firm serving clients in 13 countries, is currently seeking an Account Manager to join its EMEA team. The role focuses on strategic contract recruitment for major clients within the technology, financial services, and pharmaceutical sectors, and offers a flexible remote working arrangement across multiple European countries including the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract recruitment lifecycle for leading global brands, serving as the primary contact for hiring managers, MSP partners, suppliers, and temporary contractors.
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with MSPs and clients to expand account opportunities and drive growth through additional recruitment and talent solutions.
• Coordinate candidate management activities including shortlist preparations, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and interview scheduling for high-volume requisitions.
• Oversee compliance, time approval processes, and the management of assignment lifecycles.
• Facilitate client training and provide ongoing support on Vendor Management System (VMS) operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience in client account management, business development, and contract recruitment.
• Proven ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume accounts, ideally with Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Fieldglass or Beeline platforms is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
