Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with over seven years of experience who possesses a strong background in financial market products and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of trade lifecycles and technical proficiency in SQL to support comprehensive analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Possess in-depth knowledge of global market products including Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Money Markets.
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in any financial product area, with clear understanding of trade lifecycles.
• Strong technical competency to perform analysis and proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Bonus: Experience with trade or transaction reporting requirements for any G20 regulatory bodies such as ASIC, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, ESMA, CFTC, or similar branch trade reporting.
• Work collaboratively with Front Office, business, Operations, and Technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and facilitate testing.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, managing analysis and testing tasks efficiently.

The candidate must be self-motivated and capable of independently driving business analysis, requirements elicitation, and testing execution.
