Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable candidates for recruitment opportunities provided by the firm's owner.
• Work closely under the direct guidance of the business owner, a leading industry expert and top performer, ensuring comprehensive training and coaching are received for success.

Job Details

• Base salary ranges between £26,000 and £28,000 annually, with the addition of commission based on a percentage of each successful placement or deal.
• Working hours are adapted to the U.S. time zone, typically starting between 10 AM to 12 PM and finishing between 7 PM to 8 PM, with shortened hours on Fridays.
• Onsite presence required at the London Bridge office 4 days per week.
• Immediate start preferred.
