TenderLink, a part of Experian, is the premier provider of tender notification and online tendering technology across Australasia. This role focuses on managing accounts for their SaaS tender platform to increase portal utilization and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute TenderLink's Account Management strategy to onboard new customers, enhance portal use, decrease churn, and cross-sell complementary Experian solutions.
- Meet or exceed set customer engagement, revenue, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
- Support onboarding of new SaaS clients with detailed training and technical advice, ensuring they efficiently notify tenders and award notices.
- Closely monitor customer usage in the critical first three months to maximize platform adoption.
- Advise customers on best practices to fully leverage portal functionalities for effective subscriber targeting.
- Identify opportunities for expanding TenderLink services within organizations, particularly where procurement is decentralized.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on solutions selling.
- Strong commercial awareness and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage prospects at all organizational levels and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Experience with systematic outreach methods including cold calling, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Account management experience with strong networking and public speaking abilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks quickly based on sound analytical judgement.
