Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, initiating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within financial institutions and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Action Sales Plans.
- Lead or support new product/service launches to financial institutions or corporate clients with agility and effectiveness.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and secure new accounts by expanding the customer base and assessing key business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to optimize profitability.
- Manage strategic relationships with corporate clients for ongoing business retention.
- Achieve committed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with clients and IT teams to facilitate backend integration and successful project implementation.
- Participate actively in events, conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Respond promptly to customer needs through effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
- Assume additional projects as assigned to support revenue objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Brings 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent roles.
- Exhibits outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse customer requirements.
- Capable of engaging with C-suite executives and senior management to influence decision-making.
- Combines understanding of business, strategy, finance, and legal aspects to manage complex transactions.
- Demonstrates effectiveness working across internal teams and external organizations.
- Competitive, thrives in collaborative team environments.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Maintains composure and energy in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
