Account Manager

About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth with a starting hourly wage between $13.01 and $15.30. The Account Manager plays a vital part in customer account management by ensuring outstanding service, promoting new product sales, driving account performance, handling deliveries and pickups, and maintaining store and vehicle standards. This role also involves early-stage collection activities and supports the overall sales growth by fostering strong customer relationships in alignment with the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts, building and sustaining positive client relationships.
• Perform early collection efforts on accounts 1 to 6 days past due while achieving daily and weekly collection goals.
• Maintain healthy account status and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Carry out routine routes for deliveries, pickups, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-store, via phone, and during at-home visits.
• Promote sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, set up, and handle merchandise during deliveries.
• Ensure showroom and vehicle cleanliness and standards are met.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a customer service orientation.

Physical Demands

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to operate a box truck safely.
• Able to stand and drive for prolonged periods.

Schedule and Work Conditions

• Full-time position with workdays from Monday through Saturday.
• Off on Sundays plus one additional weekday off each week.
• Job involves frequent physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
