Account Manager

About the Role

This position offers a promising career path with excellent income potential. Most senior leadership roles such as Store Managers and Regional Vice Presidents have advanced internally after starting as Account Managers. The primary responsibility is managing rental accounts through high-quality customer service, promoting sales of new products, managing delivery and pickup logistics, upholding store standards, and handling early-stage collections. The role contributes to expanding sales and maintaining customer account health by nurturing relationships and following the company's mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of rental accounts, cultivating and reinforcing customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage account collections on payments 1 to 6 days overdue, meeting collection targets.
• Ensure account health by securing payment commitments using designated account management tools.
• Conduct scheduled routes involving deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience both in-store, via phone, and during home visits.
• Support business growth by producing new rental contracts.
• Safely transport, install, and handle various merchandise items.
• Maintain showroom presentation and upkeep company vehicles.
• Comply fully with all operational and safety protocols outlined by the company.

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service capabilities.
• Physically able to lift and relocate heavy items.
• Capability to operate a box truck safely.
• Comfortable standing and driving for long durations.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Full-time position with a Monday to Saturday workweek.
• Off on Sundays plus one additional weekday each week.
• Role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Starting hourly wage ranges from $12.28 to $14.45.
