Account Manager

Position Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement; notably, the vast majority of Store Managers and higher-level executives began as Account Managers. You will oversee rental accounts, delivering top-tier customer service, promoting product sales, handling deliveries and pickups, and managing early-stage collections while upholding store standards and company values.

Primary Duties

• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, nurturing robust customer relationships.
• Perform collections on accounts overdue by 1 to 6 days, achieving daily and weekly collection targets.
• Maintain the health of accounts by ensuring payments are secured and utilizing account management tools effectively.
• Complete scheduled routes involving deliveries, pickups, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide attentive customer service in-store, via phone, and during home visits.
• Drive sales growth by establishing new rental contracts.
• Safely transport, install, and handle products.
• Keep showroom and company vehicle standards high.
• Comply with all safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
• Licensed and able to operate a box truck.
• Able to stand and drive for long durations.

Working Hours and Environment

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday.
• Sunday plus one weekday off weekly.
• Role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
