Role Overview
The Accommodation Assistant plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep within the hotel. You will also have the opportunity to assist other departments and contribute to ensuring guest satisfaction through well-maintained rooms and shared spaces.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all rooms and communal areas in accordance with Dalata's quality standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Provide assistance to different departments when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Friendly and approachable when interacting with guests.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards are met.
