Accommodation Assistant

Overview

The Johnstown Estate is currently looking for Accommodation Assistants to join their team responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest accommodations. This full-time position involves managing daily cleaning tasks within a lively environment.

Key Duties

• Maintain consistently high cleanliness levels in guest rooms.
• Ensure lodges are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
• Follow fire safety protocols diligently.

Candidate Profile

• At least six months’ experience in housekeeping at a four-star hotel or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong focus and meticulous attention to detail required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
• Demonstrates a positive approach to tasks.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Relevant Skills

• Expertise in hotel cleaning procedures.
• Ability to clean public areas to a high standard.
• Experience performing turndown services.
