About the Internship
This internship involves making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers. Interns will clearly and professionally present the company, its products, and services to clients. Understanding customer needs and offering pertinent information are key elements. Handling customer questions and resolving straightforward problems via phone will be expected. Maintaining communication through follow-ups with leads is crucial, as well as accurate documentation of calls, customer data, and follow-up actions using CRM or Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
