About the Internship

This internship involves conducting outbound calls to a specified list of mental health professionals, including psychologists and therapists, while also managing inbound queries. The candidate will introduce the company's products and services clearly and professionally, assess the needs of prospects, and address basic questions effectively. Handling conversations with professionalism is essential, especially when speaking with busy or hesitant prospects, maintaining patience and respect throughout. Identifying interested clients and scheduling demonstrations or follow-ups with the relevant team members will be part of the daily scope. The intern is expected to follow up diligently and keep detailed and accurate records of all communications. Collaborating closely with the internal team and owning assigned calls and follow-up processes is a key responsibility.
