Join the dynamic Experience Team at the Samsung Flagship Store in Mumbai as a Customer Experience Specialist intern, part of a reputed management consultancy. Your role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and personalized interactions, showcasing Samsung's products with expert demonstrations and insightful explanations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly engage customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while effectively representing the Samsung brand.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Samsung product innovations via in-store training and updates.
- Deliver live product demonstrations highlighting connectivity features and benefits, helping customers maximize their technology use.
- Drive sales performance aligned with Samsung’s brand standards and guidelines.
- Maintain and support all operational policies and processes at the Samsung Flagship Store, striving to surpass customer expectations.
- Assist with in-store events, classes, product launches, and guided tours to elevate brand engagement and customer involvement.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, providing clear orientation about the store layout and experience zones.
Candidate Eligibility
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Ability to commence the internship between September 24 and October 29, 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month continuous internship period.
- Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in customer experience and product demonstration.
- Strong English communication abilities and a professional, presentable appearance.
Stipend and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹37,500 composed of a fixed amount of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 plus incentives of ₹5,000 to ₹7,500.
- Certification and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
